Tabitha has served clients as a family law attorney since 2009. She began her legal career in Southern California and moved back to Oregon in 2012 to continue her practice in family law.
She worked at a Portland law firm before opening her own practice in 2016. Tabitha has been selected to Super Lawyers every year from 2019 through 2023.
Jordan is a seasoned trial attorney with experience in criminal, personal injury, and family law. His familiarity with multiple areas of law allows him to handle a wide variety of cases and approach each from several perspectives.
Mr. New works for his clients to achieve expedient, affordable, and appropriate resolutions to their legal issues — whether by agreement of the parties, court determination, or trial.
Tyler is a native Oregonian with experience litigating across business, healthcare, and employment law. He developed his research and advocacy skills clerking at the Oregon Supreme Court and the Oregon Tax Court.
Anne is a Portland native and graduate of California Western School of Law in San Diego. She has been with Brincat & New since her law school externship and is solely dedicated to the practice of family law.
Jeremy has been a Portland resident for over thirteen years. He brings a drive for excellence and a commitment to client needs to his work as a paralegal, fueled by a passion for learning and dedicated service.
Tuvshinkhuu is a Portland State University graduate with a degree in Psychology. Born in the United States, he spent his childhood in Mongolia. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, trying new foods, and spending time with his family.
Gracie is a Portland native and Willamette University School of Law graduate with certificates in Advocacy & Dispute Resolution and Health Law. She prides herself on her attention to detail and strong work ethic.
Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, Kana brings a genuine love of client care to everything she does. Outside of work, she enjoys illustrating and sampling loose-leaf teas.
Sheila is an experienced paralegal focusing on litigation. She assists clients by providing regular, empathetic updates on their cases, managing discovery, in the drafting of pleadings, and assisting attorneys in litigation. Her goal is to support families in transition and staying proactive to ensure attorneys are fully prepared for case management.
Sheila is new to the Central Oregon office and looks forward to exploring the outdoors and spending time with her family.
Born and raised in the Portland area, Amanda graduated from Oregon State University with a BA in English and a minor in Political Science. She attended Willamette University College of Law and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 2023. She went to law school because she enjoys helping people, and chose family law to make a lasting impact on people's lives by helping them through one of life's toughest obstacles.
